Welcome Walking Group
Special Evening Walk!
We are celebrating the season and our last walk of 2021 by holding a special evening walk at Candy Cane Lane in Rutland.
Candy Cane Lane, in the Springvalley area of Rutland, is celebrating its 11th year. It has expanded over that time and now covers a number of streets in the area. All in the neighbourhoods are encouraged to put up a holiday display and everyone is encouraged to walk through the neighbourhoods and enjoy the display. The display is free, but viewers are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food donation. The neighbourhood collects for the Women’s Shelter, Freedom Door, Springvalley Elementary and the Salvation Army. Candy Cane Lane runs along Collison Road, Gramiak Road, Mary Court and other nearby streets.
